This is a super awesome DIY aquarium background that's 3D. I had to host this on my channel here. "Vincent" from cichlid keepers is actually the man doing this. This is such a wicked do it yourself project for aquariums.hi mate can you use that foam that come in a box like if you have bought a tv or hi fi or new oven and will it be safe to use as I want to re scape my 54 L tank I have some thick foam that came with my new hi fi and i want to sit rocks on it on one side of the tank to make it look higher at one side cheers

Quick!!! I got this for buttons popeye, but I e never used it, it says to use 2 packets for 10 gal, she's in a .5 gal hospital tank. I took her out and added a little scoop but idk what to do. This tank was empty since our first one died. We got some new gravel, a beehive, and a fish. I took water, plants, and a sponge filter from our big tank. Hopefully it cycles easily since we got her already. Meet "Snow White".
Bacterial fin rot sucks. Hard. It happened in just a week. I was bogged down with work and home and being ill that I totally lost control of the situation. I messed up for this little guy and I hate myself for it. I couldn't get any antibiotics, still can't.
So I went back to basics, fresh water, best food, almond leaves and cones, daily medication, even spending an hour with him a day. Here he is after two weeks. Bacterial fin rot sucks but I'm hopeful 💙✌️ I love this little guy.
I accidentally forgot to clean tanks and one of my four got it. I felt horrible. All of mine have some sort of flaw because they're all rescues but I love them all the same. Are these stress stripes on my lady???? I moved her into her new 10 gallon today and has had them on and off. Is this normal when acclimating? She's been in there for almost eight hours. My mom has a 40g community tank with all tetras. I have a very peaceful male betta, would it be okay to introduce him to the tank? It's well planted, and fits his needs overall.. after his shrimps died(my fault) he's been quite sad looking, it's been about a month. Just don't want to accidently cause harm to him. None of the tetras are bright colors.
I personally wouldn't. Chances are he probably isn't sad after them dying as they quite happily live alone. Coloring? Type? Whats wrong with his fins? Its my cousins fish that basically never had a water change, filter, or a heater. I felt bad for him and tried to tell her that he needed to be up kept more but instead of doing it herself she just gave him to me and being a newb myself I have no clue. He's a crowntail, but it looks like he may be nipping them or have a little fin rot. You should be looking at a length closer to this one. You can buy stuff at Walmart to treat it, just make sure to keep his water levels good and do regular water changes.
